WordCamp Kyoto footage is up and now it’s time to get that into dotSUB. WordCamp NYC footage has begun arriving, and contact has been made with Victoria and Phoenix.

Time to get cranking again.

Some WordCamp video presents were waiting for me when I sat down this evening, so I’m already working on transferring and processing the files for upload.

Just finished watching Matt’s interview with Calacanis (and emailed to see if we could acquire the video for WPTV). Good stuff.

Going to hit the admin, get a video published, and finally get around to that oEmbed blog post. Remind me later that I have a question about that for you.

Moving through comments and emails before going to publish the first WordCamp NL video, check for more, and do some discovery on oEmbed.

Upload for the first WCNL video is taking a little longer than expected, and fatigue is setting in, so it’s getting pushed to tomorrow. Came up with a couple of ideas, swept up communication, and got my first theme tweak committed (small, but a start).

Just received the signal flare that WordCamp Netherlands video is on the way.

Some may find this uninteresting, but I am remarkably excited about it.

Filed a couple of Trac tickets and cleared out email and comments; now on to change some information on a video and check for WordCamp video like I’m waiting on a Christmas present

Reporting a bug I ran into earlier today. I cleared comments and email throughout the afternoon today; working with the few submissions we have waiting and planning on doing a handful of subtitles this week while we wait for additional WordCamp video to roll in.

WordCamp Netherland’s live stream setup is pretty darn neat.

It might be worth it to get some information/tips from people who are doing the livestreaming thing to start creating some kind of informational resource for other organizers.

Glancing at the schedule for WC NYC and realizing the enormity of what will be headed our way.
