BlackBerry and Android videos are up. Going to subtitle those today, get some more NYC video, and upload the last of the first wave of Boston stuff.

Ran through admin and some thought process stuff; now working on publishing out tonight’s video morsels and plugging a few things into transcription land as well

Posted a small batch of videos today, spent some time prepping other videos for release later this week, and popped a couple of videos into the transcription queue for tonight and later this week

Finished the Matt interview transcriptions. I’ll get on scheduling those videos tomorrow (actually, later today).

Cleared up some admin stuff that piled up during the day, then worked on uploading a couple of submissions and getting more transcription down on the interviews.

Interviews will be done tomorrow, at which time I can also set the table for the incoming tutorial feast.

Full day: made contact with some WordCamps to make sure I know what’s coming in, did a lot of subtitle and behind-the-scenes stuff, and prepped the metadata for the interview posts to go with what Michael finished yesterday (well, really today in time-warp land).

The After the Deadline announcement is going to have subtitles here in a little bit, then off to publish the two other videos I had locked and loaded over the weekend—and I think I’ll fill in that metadata for you, Michael.

Just marked the Matt Cutts presentation from WCSF as completed. Some admin processing to do tonight, and then I’m off.

Some quick transcription work went down tonight, and I’ll finally have that Matt Cutts WCSF talk fully transcribed sometime tomorrow.
