The TED site is now served to the iPhone flash-free, including ratings and comments. Super-neat and totally what they’ll serve to the iPad as well.
Since I know that WordPress iPhone 2 is coming here soon (and I’m pretty sure I recall you saying you were looking into capturing footage a couple of weeks back), I thought I’d post this. It’s a really good article about creating screencasts for iPhone applications. Which means you’ve probably seen it already.
I see no mention of indulgent use of Kubrick references, classical music, HAL9000 or audio-synced 3D animated camera dollies through deep space. Hrmph.
Actually, looks like this app could come in useful and save a couple of steps in post – thanks for the tip. Eager to find out if it supports landscape mode what with the built-in background element *fingers crossed*
Idea: Someone at WordCamp Birmingham said that WordPress is just like an iPhone, whatever you can imagine “there’s a plugin for that.” Could we turn this into a spoof video?

Might be a nice way to showcase a few top plugins alongside the spoof/humor aspect. Like it.

Finished WordPress for iPhone (there comes a point where you have to let go). Meta getting there for the back catalog of WordPress.tv content. Early adopters can subscribe to WordPress.tv already in Miro or their feed reader via http://wordpress.tv/feed (beware, meta in progress)
Meta-crunching admin, animating, and more iphone video problem solving. The tiniest details can cost you hours of reworking – always work with a well-rested or well-caffeinated brain or you’ll waste as much time as you plough in through your eagerness to get finished
