More editing, further animation experiments and a spot of research into bringing some analog animation elements in. Space is the main concern here – maybe we’ll grab the next apartment

Need to look into the live streaming deal a bit more this week between wrapping a couple of videos and ploughing some time into setting up the pending SF user-focused and WC videos, and doing a lot of animating on a 20 minute short illustrating one of Matt’s more popular speeches. To-Do lists turning into tree diagrams
Related – speaking to Thomas Crampton about a live blog sharing event he discussed with Matt in HK (naturally on video). Need to check out if the streaming tech is up to displaying video at high enough res to see people’s blogs rather than a nasty blurred/pixelated mess
Finishing up transcriptions, blogging about what’s new on WordPress.tv, doing some research for a new series of tutes, *and* a gentle drizzling of animation to boot. Variety rules.

Going analog today as I thrash out the First 100k animation, then back to some more digital experimentation. Maybe we’ll get to premiere it at WC SF This is feeding into the aesthetic of a new batch of tutorials I’m planning for WordPress.tv that move out of the screencast ghetto
Finishing up my 3-minute iPhone “featurette” today (at last) and then on to some Miro & iTunes feed wrangling, and an ongoing animation project bringing one of Matt M’s presentations into motion (some nice tips for start-ups and anyone in business for themselves). Looks like things are moving along there – might try to find some assistance in SF for this – I’m going to be pretty focused on capturing speeches with twin cams. Sounds like a really interesting idea! – might make for a regular WC feature if the logistics turn out ok
