Cleanup things at the end of my day:
- Transcoding the Matt video from Denver overnight to try and squeeze some extra compression out of it – first attempt wasn’t up to snuff
- WordCamp Hong Kong videos are “revised” on the FTP – two have been stitched already and ready for publish – the numbered ones need work yet (check the manifest)
